We are pleased to announce the official launch of our new high-performance 80G Radar Level Transmitter (Model: QTRD-82). Engineered specifically to tackle the challenging measurement of powdered materials in industrial settings, this product offers exceptional accuracy, robust environmental adaptability, and flexible installation features, delivering a more reliable and efficient level monitoring solution for the bulk solids industry.
Measuring powders traditionally presents challenges such as dust interference, low dielectric constants, and complex process conditions. Our 80G radar utilizes high-frequency radar wave technology with a narrow beam angle and concentrated energy, enabling it to effectively penetrate dust in the measurement environment. This ensures stable and precise measurement of materials with low dielectric constants like powders and granules. With a measuring range of up to 25 meters, it meets the requirements of most silos and storage vessels.
The product design highlights exceptional practicality and reliability:
Universal Flange Connection: An innovative connection design allows for flexible multi-angle adjustment during installation, greatly simplifying on-site alignment and mounting. This is particularly valuable for complex applications with space constraints or special mounting positions.
Integrated Air Purge Function: A standard purge connection allows for a continuous supply of clean air to the antenna surface. This key feature effectively prevents the adhesion and buildup of dust on the antenna, ensuring long-term stable transmission and reception of radar signals and guaranteeing reliable continuous operation even in heavily dusty conditions.
Rugged Construction for Harsh Environments: The device operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -60°C to +153°C and can withstand process pressure. With an IP67 protection rating, its robust housing and refined engineering make it suitable for various complex industrial environments in sectors such as chemicals, metallurgy, building materials, and food processing.
The transmitter provides standard 4-20mA analog output integrated with the HART communication protocol and supports 24VDC power supply. It can be seamlessly integrated into existing DCS or PLC control systems for convenient remote monitoring and data integration.
