Recently, our company has launched a new Sonic Nozzle Gas Calibration Rig, designed for high-precision calibration of gas flow meters. The system covers a wide pipe size range from DN15 to DN300, with a maximum flow capacity of up to 16,000 m³/h, meeting the calibration requirements of medium and large flow applications.

The system adopts Critical Flow Nozzle (sonic nozzle) technology, ensuring high stability and excellent repeatability. The overall measurement uncertainty can reach 0.2%, providing a reliable traceable standard for gas flow calibration.

This calibration rig is widely used for vortex flow meters, thermal mass flow meters, and gas turbine flow meters, ensuring accurate performance verification and long-term measurement reliability.

With a compact structure and a high level of automation, the system is suitable for both laboratory and industrial metrology environments, significantly improving calibration efficiency and data credibility.
