Recently, our company successfully introduced a new Reduced Bore Electromagnetic Flow Meter solution designed for applications with limited installation space and unstable flow conditions. Compared with conventional electromagnetic flow meters, the reduced bore structure can effectively increase flow velocity at low flow conditions, improving measurement accuracy and stability.
One of the key advantages of this design is that it requires 0D straight pipe length both upstream and downstream, greatly reducing installation limitations and making it ideal for compact pipeline systems or retrofit projects where sufficient straight pipe sections are not available.
The meter is widely suitable for conductive liquids such as water, wastewater, chemicals, slurry, and industrial process fluids. It performs especially well in applications with low flow velocity, complex piping layouts, pumps, elbows, valves, or other disturbance sources near the installation point.
Featuring high measurement accuracy, stable performance, and strong anti-interference capability, the reduced bore electromagnetic flow meter provides a reliable solution for industries including water treatment, chemical processing, food & beverage, mining, and energy sectors.
This innovative design helps customers reduce installation costs while improving operational efficiency and measurement reliability.
